MIA: Modular image and object analysis workflows in Fiji

<p>Poster presented as part of the Crick BioImage Analysis Symposium.</p> <p>MIA is a Fiji plugin providing a modular framework for assembling multi-dimensional image and object analysis workflows.  Detected objects can be transformed, filtered, measured and related.
