A comparative study of fibre tracing in biomedical images

Trace Ridges is an automated algorithm for tracing of fibre-like structures. On an objective comparison, it outperformed Edge Detection, CT Fire, Scale Space, Twombli, U-NetandGraph Based algorithmsby 9.3% in accuracy and 4x faster processing.
