Source data for "CDK control pathways integrate cell size and ploidy information to control cell division"

This entry contains datasets and scripts to process datasets associated to the following manuscript: "CDK control pathways integrate cell size and ploidy information to control cell division", Patterson, Basu et al., eLife, 2021

Data files are labelled accordingly to the different Figures of the manuscript, and include:

- Matlab files containing all source data (.mat files; prefixed with figure number. Figure 1 is divided into two files, for panels a-e, and panels i-o. Figures 2 and 3 share source data, and therefore are combined into a single file - Fig2_3.mat)

- Matlab code for data processing (.m files; prefixed with Plot_FigX. Plot_Fig1 is divided into two files, for panels a-e, and panels i-o)

- Figure files generated using source data (.pdf files)
